In progress: Item property reference

Here's a list of item properties that has been extracted from the current scripts in 2.9.9.10. It's a work in progress, but you can already browse the list and be inspired. The list has yet to be cross referenced with the actual java code and example values is also bound to come. Notes about usage is also planned.
